This demo site is operated as a portfolio project. It explains how a clinic website like this handles personal data under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
Who is responsible
Nova Wellness Co., Ltd. (a fictional company) is the data controller. Questions about this site: [email protected].
What we collect
- Anonymous usage statistics (pages viewed, buttons clicked, device type) — only if you accept analytics.
- Your theme and consent choices, stored in your browser's local storage.
- Nothing from the booking buttons: they open your messenger; the conversation happens there.
Messengers
When you tap WhatsApp, LINE, Telegram or Instagram, your message is sent through that service and handled under its own privacy policy. We only see what you choose to send.
Cookies and local storage
- consent_v1 — remembers your analytics choice.
- theme_v1 — remembers light or dark theme.
- _ga, _ga_* — Google Analytics cookies, set only after you accept; kept up to 14 months.
Third parties
- Google Analytics 4 (with Consent Mode, IP not stored).
- Google Maps — loaded only when you press “Show map”.
Your rights under the PDPA
You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time. Clearing this site's data in your browser withdraws analytics consent immediately.
